Customer Service Representative ($1000 signing bonus)

Do you enjoy speaking with people? Are you that rare combination of a person who is both organized and has strong written communication skills? Want to be the center of attention? SpeedPro is looking for a new associate who will become our main representative and liaison to retail clients.

Our CSR will report directly to the lead graphic designer and customer service representative. You’ll be the first to answer the phone and will play a major role in estimating products for our clients. Ideally you have experience within the digital printing market, but if not, we have team members with decades of experience ready to help you learn the trade.

SpeedPro Omaha is a sign manufacturing and installation company that caters to large and small businesses including major brands and marketing agencies. Premium quality graphics, exceptional client service and competitive pricing are the core principals by which we live every day. SpeedPro specializes in production of retail/brand graphics, tradeshow displays, event signage, wall murals, vehicle graphics and more.

The CSR will be responsible for estimating quote requests for new and existing clients. In this role the CSR will need to effectively and efficiently be able to transition client orders to the pre-press team for production preparation. The CSR will also work with clients to keep them up-to-date on orders, ship orders, pick-up orders, and review orders.

Job duties include:

• Answer incoming calls
• Estimate orders
• Accurately communicate orders to pre-press team
• Generate solutions to customer requests
• Work with management to ensure estimate accuracy
• Work with production to ensure products will be delivered on time and meet the expectations of our clients
• Perform quality control on products prior to customer delivery
• Accurately measure vehicles for wrap templating
• Ship products
• Receive incoming deliveries
• Attend and take part in team meetings when required
• Coordinate with the rest of SpeedPro staff as needed

Skills required:

• A sense of urgency

• Able to effectively and positively communicate with clients
• Able to lift up to 75lbs
• Drive company vehicles

Ideal candidates will also possess:

• Experience with large format digital printing products
• Experience with sales
• Experience with customer service
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary
• Experience with estimating products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $100.00 per hour
