The Director of Sales & Marketing plays a key role in ensuring that Spring reaches its potential. The Director’s responsibilities include planning and directing all aspects of the organization’s marketing and sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. The key duties of the Director include the hiring and development of members of their team, creating and executing sales strategies, developing and managing the sales and marketing department budget, and working directly with clients as needed.
This individual is also responsible for monitoring and reporting on sales goals and adjusting tactics as needed to reach them. As Spring grows, this individual will have a high impact on Spring’s overall direction for successful project execution and account growth. This position reports to the VP, Operations.
