Summer Remote Position – Customer Service

We are looking for candidates interested in working full time Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm remotely, now (or asap) through August. Positions involve outgoing calls daily such as: verifying information with government entities, employment related salary and dates of employment confirmations, leasing and home ownership/mortgage information and more. Calls are friendly and not sales or collections related in any way.

Qualifications (Must Have): Minnesota Resident, commit to working 40 hours per week starting at 8am through 5pm Monday through Friday asap through August 2022, prior experience making outbound or taking inbound calls in high volume (minimum 3 months), excellent internet availability, must be able to start within the next 5-7 business days from applying, pass a 7 year criminal background check successfully, have to be self-motivated to make 200 phone calls per day and document information accurately and quickly!
