Stage 2 Security (S2) is seeking a Program Manager who has experience in the Information Technology space, and enjoys Stakeholder Engagement, Policy Implementation, and Customer Engagement. The ideal candidate will already possess a public trust clearance and has worked in the Commercial and Federal sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Daily interface with Federal and Commercial clients to organize and implement project tasks
• Provides IT project management, planning, policy oversight, and coordination of agency-wide implementation for internal and external teams
• Provide program management oversight to multiple initiatives related to cybersecurity services
• Track and report financial progress to senior leadership and advise on decisions related to resourcing, project health, information sharing, budget, and overall strategic planning

Qualifications:

• US Citizenship is required, and candidates must be willing to be submitted for a US Government background investigation.
• Program Management / Project Management Certifications
• 7-10 years of experience performing functions in the position description
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy principles used to manage risks related to the use, processing, storage, and transmission of information or data.
• Familiar with Agile, Agile, Six Sigma (Lean), DevOps, and Waterfall methodologies
• Managed Information Technology projects, especially Cyber Security
