Job Highlights -Full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) qualify for Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and sick pay -Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance benefits , 401k Retirement Plan -Drive time and mileage reimbursement traveling between client visits -Annual CEU stipend & Paid Time Off to maintain certification -Free CEUS through our training platform and national resources -Opportunity to develop quarterly professional development programing for behavior technicians & local, physical office with on-site clinical management available for regular mentoring and support Responsibilities -Provide direct intervention across home, school, and community settings -Conduct parent/caregiver education & functional behavior assessment -Develop ABA programs for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) -Utilize evidence based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions -Collect behavioral data and complete progress notes, and case management -Provide clinical direction, training, and support to STAR of CA behavioral technicians -Opportunities to provide Supervised professional experience to STAR of CA staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision About The Stepping Stones Group
