Who we are looking for.

The Retail Manager’s main goal is to coach and manage their team on the assigned tasks within the day-to-day operation. In doing this the Retail Manager will be responsible for new item placement and maintaining product distribution; handling discontinued product; monitoring sections for plan-o-gram integrity; and assisting with remodels and/or new store set-up outside of assigned area.

Candidates should meet the following qualifications:

· A high school diploma

· Previous retail management experience

· Knowledge of plan-o-grams

· Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

· Ability to work effectively with others

· High motivation and able to work in a fast-paced environment

· A valid driver’s license, travel required

· Available for the following schedule: Monday, through Friday, 40 hours per week
