Assist through telephone, web and email channels to district public health and human services program customers.
Address general questions about DCA’s
Screen applicants for medical assistance eligibilty,
Intaking applications over the phone for Mediciad and Non medicaid customers.
Screening and accepting verification documentaion through mail, fax and email.
Refering customers to the appropiate agency, provider, or community group for assistance when needed.
1 to 2 years of high level customer service needed.
Excellent computer skills, verbal communication needed.
