Table Restaurant Group Hiring for Bookkeeper Job at Sturbridge, MA Full Time

Table 3 Restaurant Group is searching for an experienced Bookkeeper to be a part of our growing team. This person will be responsible for maintaining financial records by accurately recording the day to day financial transactions of the company.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

• Reconcile daily cash and credit card receipts, bank statements, petty cash and company credit cards
• Prepare cash for bank deposit and maintain internal reconciliation documents
• Accounts Payable
• Code and enter invoices in Quickbooks in a timely and accurate manner
• Review and reconcile vendor statements
• Bi-weekly A/P check runs
• Manage W9 file and assist with year-end 1099 filing
• Assist in month and year end closings, reconciliation and analysis
• Maintain complete filing system to support financial records
• Support Finance Department on any other projects

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 year degree
• At least 2 years prior bookkeeping experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); Quickbooks experience a plus
• Ability to meet deadlines while multi-tasking
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Attentive to detail
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with sensitivity and integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
