TACKL Health is hiring for an excellent customer service specialist to join our team at the home office location in Savannah. This position is the “voice” of the operations, responsible for answering phone, email and website inquiries, engaging customers, assisting with questions, and providing administrative support to the our COVID-19 test collectors. The home office is the hub that works with our teams in airports across the country.
We are looking for friendly individuals with strong critical thinking skills who can help bring peace of mind to and create enjoyable experiences for customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00-20 per hour
