TapBlaze is looking for an experienced project manager to help drive the roadmap of our hit game, Good Pizza, Great Pizza. The qualified individual is able to push the vision of the game, make sure that everyone is cohesive, that everyone is on the same page and knows exactly what they need to do to make the best game for our players. Passion for video game development and understanding the process of making video games is a big plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage tasks and schedules of everyone at the studio; make sure features are delivered on-time, on-budget and with the highest quality.

• Define, launch, and drive a production pipeline within the studio.
• Coordinate, delegate and ensure the work to be carried out is well organized.
• Understand the current state of what each team member is working on, as well as short and medium term development goals of the project.
• Contribute to crafting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years experience in a production/project management role.
• Strong project management and people skills.
• Excellent understanding of project management tools & best practices (specifically Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello).
• Must live in the LA metro area or be willing to relocate.
