What we envision for you:

The Client Care Representative will build relationships with Clients and the IRS so that TaxRise can offer full spectrum representation to taxpayers with a variety of tax issues. Our clients are in need of a number of services such as assistance applying for settlement offers, setting up payment plans, protection against IRS audits, and removing federal and state levy, liens, and garnishments. Your responsibilities for the Client Care Representative will include:

• Distributing and collecting all documents necessary to present to the proper government agencies.
• Ensure clients files are maintained in accordance with company operating procedures
• Review file information and maintain contact with assigned clients to ensure that they are fully aware of the status of their case
• Work closely with each clients Tax Professionals to keep them current with pertinent case information and on track during the client’s Resolution Phase
• Maintain transparency through open, helpful, and focused communication with clients by providing accurate case status in a timely manner to help eliminate clients confusion and complaints
• Manage the caseloads and assignments while efficiently navigating and updating the computer systems
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls for collection and case updates.
• Draft closing final resolution letters to clients
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

What we need from you:

• Possess excellent computer (G Suite, Microsoft Office) skills, including working knowledge of CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer services skills
• Time management – multi-tasker, able to manage large caseloads, prioritize cases and follow up with Tax Professionals, Sales, and Clients in a timely manner
• Ability to remain focused and productive within a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and problem-solve
• Ability to work independently
• Customer service experience
• Ability to adjust to new system applications
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish/English)

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Employee is required to sit at desk for majority of the workday with occasional standing and walking within office environment. The employee is required to use hands and fingers for writing and typing, handle or feel office tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Employee may occasionally crouch or kneel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision (may be corrected), peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to focus on task at hand.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
