JOB TITLE: Vice President of Human Resources
SUPERVISOR: Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Provide overall strategic HR leadership to the company in accordance with the policies and practices of Avante, the ethical and social consciences of business and society and the laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations. Manage the development and implementation of human resources policies, programs and services, including recruitment, selection, retention, legal compliance, employee benefits, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, employee communications, employee events and recognition.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Works beyond normal working hours as necessary.
