The CSI Companies is hiring an HRIS Analyst for a leading not-for-profit organization located in Denver, CO, and/or Colorado Springs, CO on a Temporary basis!

Title of Job: HRIS Analyst

Salary: $26/HR+

Hours: Full Time – Monday-Friday

Location: Denver, CO or Colorado Springs, CO. On-site in the office
Employment Type: 6-8 weeks, temporary

Position Summary: The HRIS Analyst, will provide technical and analytical support to the organization through the administration, configuration, and execution of various HR-related systems and processes. You will actively participate in the complete life cycle of reports, solutions, interfaces, and guidelines. This role will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of all HR systems along with the timely and accurate processing needed to improve efficiencies and effective decision making.

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Oversees and maintains the optimal function of the HRIS, which may include configuration changes, maintenance, and leveraging available upgrades to applications, systems, and modules.

• Administer HRIS security through administration of user accounts and role management.

• Adjust configuration of the system for optimal user experience.

• Assists Directors by serving as a lead/liaison between HR, Payroll, Information Technology, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS-related design and implementation projects.

• Serve as the technical point-of-contact for HR/Payroll and other functional areas reliant upon Ultipro data.

• Spot Audit/Check E-Verify cases and partner with field leadership to ensure compliance.

• Develop and refine processes to ensure data integrity

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience working as an HR Generalist and with HR systems
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to design and generate queries, reports, and exports from Ultipro
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Experience with HRIS systems
