• Elaborate an MSA/MMA Dashboard/report on a monthly basis.
• Administration of existing framework agreements, working with the different business areas to ensure funding is always available. Preparation of variance reports when addition or transfer of funds is required vendors. Consolidation and analysis of feedback received from framework agreement users about FA vendors.
• Preparation of RFP’s packages to release to procurement.
• Development of detailed analysis of bids.
• Coordination and follow up of Frameworks tenders and in the coordination with all the stakeholders involved in the tender process.
• Develop procedures related to Contract Management Department.
• Maintain updated TEAMs and SharePoint contract information as well as any other repository or database.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 6-8 year experience in energy or electric power industry in Project Management
• Advance level of MS Office Package, especially MS Excel
• SAP. Knowledge about creating PO’s, process invoices, data retrieval is preferred.
• Experience in the infrastructure sector (construction preferable)
• Open to work with teams remotely.
• Data bases and basis of programming language (preferred VBA) Knowledge of development of Excel macros is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of electric equipment and Project construction services
• Certified Associate in Project Management or Project Management Professional Certification preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Electric & Computer
