The Mom Project Hiring for Lease Accounting (100% Remote) – Contract Job at Remote Full Time NEW
The primary business objective of this position is to act as an asset manager for designated regions and perform lease management and ensure renewals are negotiated to the benefit of the company.
Must understand and perform lease accounting.
Prior experience in using Lease Accelerator and interacting with the Lease Accelerator team to close out tickets is a huge plus.
Performs periodic lease review/audit and makes necessary updates, including working with vendors.
Performs Adhoc testing on leases/lease changes, monitors, and takes action as required.
Perform end-of-term management of lease.
Conduct lease negotiations and lease renewals.
Monitor transfer lease data from APIs and ensure accuracy, correct data loads, and reconciliation with vendor reports.
Perform GL reconciliation.
