Project Executive — Construction

A reputable Louisville, KY construction company is seeking a local area construction professional with 15+ years of senior level project management experience working on large-scale commercial construction projects. Preferred experience in healthcare, education, industrial and concrete is a plus while working for a General Contractor or Construction Manager. This is a new office for this company and is looking for someone who is entrenched in the markets, trends and connections, and can grow their new office location.

Construction Project Executive Responsibilities

• Management of team that directly managing short- and long-term projects.
• Developing strategic project goals and monitoring performance.
• Lead a team of professionals through all phases of project development, implementation, and completion
• Conduct hiring interviews to fill critical vacancies
• Develop relationships with clients and vendors, identifying moments to leverage emerging opportunities
• Ensure all projects operate according to schedule and in support of high-level business objectives

Construction Project Executive Requirements and Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has a degree in construction management or a closely related field, or commensurate experience
• Minimum of 15 years of successful experience in a construction project management role with clear leadership responsibilities
• Experience with construction industry regulatory processes and agencies
• Superb leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year

• High school or equivalent (Required)

• Concrete: 1 year (Preferred)
