Therapydia is hiring a Clinic Marketing Manager to join our growing team as we enter a period of rapid expansion!

Clinic Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Implement Company Brand standards at new and existing clinics including interior and exterior signage
• Manage Direct Mail campaigns to local referral sources
• Coordinate Clinic Launch marketing for new clinics
• Develop Patient Collateral material for all clinics
• Develop Patient-facing content and events for distribution across clinics, on website and social media
• Develop Patient Retention strategies to support our Lifetime Patient Relationship model
• Develop Consumer Marketing plan (new patients) for existing and new clinics
• Maintain eMail/text communications feedback loop with existing patients (CRM)
• Help optimize Customer Experience via in support of our NPS of 94
• Work directly with Clinic Directors to customize programs per clinic

Clinic Marketing Manager Requirements:

• BA/BS required
• 2+ years professional experience developing Direct Mail campaigns
• Detail-oriented and results-driven. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve programs
• High level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
• Excited to be a part of a growing start-up in the health and wellness industry

Clinic Marketing Manager Compensation:

• Salary $80k and bonus based on experience
