Client Services Coordinator (Henderson, NV )
Are you a smart, professional, friendly, and energetic person looking to gain administrative experience and exposure in the accounting and tax field? We are looking for a full-time Client Services Coordinator to join our team immediately!
Responsibilities include:
Scheduling and maintaining the master calendar for appointments and project deadlines.
Answer phones and greet clients. Assist existing clients with various needs and be able to explain company’s services/products to prospective clients.
Process letters and other documents both internal and external.
Organization and maintenance of company paperless filings and documents.
Pay bills, interact with vendors and handle billing disputes.
Process bank deposits and sorting mail.
Online research to gather contents on an as needed basis.
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and marketing material.
Any other tasks or projects as needed and willingness to roll up your sleeves and help do whatever needs to be done.
Qualifications and requirements:
Hyper-organized and detail oriented to be able to handle a large variety of projects/tasks.
Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software tools.
(expert level proficiency at M.S.Word, Excel, Gmail, PowerPoint)
Articulate and can communicate professionally and informally over the phone, in person, and in writing.
Always looking for ways to create/ update systems and structures to make projects and tasks more efficient.
Independent and solution oriented and resourceful in finding ways to make things work.
Outgoing, professional and able to do light marketing and sales in speaking with in-coming leads and scheduling with current and prospective clients.
Someone with a working knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media tools.
Experienced in working in an administrative capacity for a finance related Company a plus.
Background and credit check is a pre-requisite for employment.
