Top Shelf Collective is growing! We are looking for and Education and Training Lead to join our team.

Starting Pay Range (based on experience): $52,000.00 – $58,240.00 per year

The Education and Training Lead will be responsible for administering our organizational education and training strategy, overseeing its implementation, and assessing its outcomes.

Responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating on-site orientation and training for new hires

• Maintaining and improving all training resources

• Collecting and reporting on time-to-productivity and other important metrics

• Searching for gaps in education and training and apply a continuous improvement methodology to generate high customer satisfaction and employee engagement

• Assisting employees with technical and/or process transitions and organizational change initiatives

• Coordinating in-house tastings and other employee education events in collaboration with leadership

• Administering job passports and conducting performance evaluations for floor staff

• Coordinating with People Operations to maintain employee compliance

You will be provided with all the tools for success in a collaborative and supportive environment. Knowledge of the retail industry and/or a background in food and beverage is a plus but the desire to learn is paramount.

Flexibility in schedule and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays are necessary. Please be prepared to provide work references.
