CRM & Data Manager

Torn Ranch is a Forbes Travel Guide recognized provider of gourmet foods, healthy snacks and worthy indulgences to the Hospitality, Retail and Aviation industries and fine food purveyors world-wide. We are searching for a motivated and experienced Customer Care Representative to work in our Customer Service Excellence department.

Job Title: CRM & Data Manager

We are looking for a motivated CRM & Data Manager to help our growing company. We produce gourmet nuts, cookies and chocolates for the upscale market.

What you will be working on:

• Managing data sources and databases, including ERP and CRM systems (SAGE)
• Creating reports, visualizations and analyses to drive insights
• Maintaining and updating internal and external customer and catalog databases such as customer purchasing lists and databases
• External purchasing software updates: Birchstreet, BuyEfficient, Ariba, Adaco, etc.
• Administering the CRM,ERP and Microsoft Office systems
• Setting up and maintaining SAGE ERP customer accounts
• Creating bill of materials and item codes in the ERP system
• SKU activation/deactivation and item code management within SAGE ERP system
• Pricelist management and pricelist updates to coordinate with marketing materials
• Administering customer pricing profiles and special instructions
• Order form database and form updates
• Drop shipment database management and data preparation

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years in database management and data management
• SAGE ERP and CRM experience preferred or similar ERP system management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in database administration, information technology or a related field
• Advanced with Microsoft Excel
• Organized, accurate and highly accurate with details
• Collaborative spirit with a positive, forward-thinking attitude
• Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field preferred
• Collaborative and ability to work with different departments

THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION IN PETALUMA, CALIFORNIA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $86,000.00 per year
