Total Home Roofing is seeking a highly motivated and dependable person looking for a long-term career to represent our company as an AP specialist

A qualified applicant will have:

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work efficiently

• Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic

• Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment

• Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal), excellent grammar, spelling and proof-reading skills and follow-up effectively with all staffing levels and clients/customers

• Ability to work with a team and Independent with limited oversight

• Ability to take initiative

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors:

• 5 years of related Accounts Payable experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Detailed oriented and organized

• Construction Background a plus

• QuickBooks Experience a plus

• Oracle / NetSuite Package Experience a plus

• Heavy invoice entry into NetSuite Software

• Assign general ledger codes with department and location categories

• Initiate and process weekly check runs

• Ensure positive vendor relations and communications

• Assist with year end 1099 process

• Monthly invoice accruals

• Ensuring invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures

• Verify I9 Information with new Vendor Set Up

• Regularly review and reconcile vendor accounts

• Other duties as assigned
