Project Manager
Growing Plastics Lumber Manufacturing Facility Operations in Jeannette, PA now hiring for a Project Manager.
General Description and Requirements:

• Assist in Managing Jeannette’s long list of projects in both plant 1 and plant 2; including scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, resources, communications, and stakeholders through use of delegates/support as applicable.
• Prepare and review contracts, project documents, technical specifications, design documentation, and project status documentation.
• Promote teamwork and effective communication, including issuing & maintaining project process metrics, and process maps to ensure team, customer, and all stakeholders are kept informed of project status.
• Develop or oversee project databases and procedures to ensure efficient handling and transmission of project correspondence and documentation between project team members.
• Act as the point person for coordination, planning, and implementation of a project.
• Ensure the safety and productivity of personnel assigned to the project.
• Assist managing Capital Expenditures, forecasting, and budgeting for the facility.
• Blend research and development for maximizing cost input.
• Perform quality management inspections.
• Data Collection / Data Analyzing.
• Requisitions / Purchase Orders / Job Number development.
• Research and procurement for project components.
• Administrative Tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience managing projects to successful completion.
• Expert Level interpersonal skills such as effective verbal and written communications.
• Ability to lead and direct complex team structures.
• Willingness to learn risk management and work with our safety and compliance initiatives.
• Able to develop relationships with stakeholders in upper management positions.
• Ability to analyze problems and make complex decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft® Office tools.
• A desire to learn something new on a daily basis in Manufacturing, Environmental and Sustainability environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
