Truline Corporation Hiring for Class A CDL Lead Driver Trainer and Dispatcher Job at Midvale, UT Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated, detail oriented, stable, motivated, individual with a team-oriented approach and flexibility. This position is primarily responsible is supporting Trucking Operations managing Class A flatbed drivers for planning & scheduling in local Salt Lake Utah. Providing support for safety, operations, driver training, route support and vehicle maintenance and to our customers.

Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Work closely with the Account Driver Manager and company drivers.

· Will train and support new drivers on local flatbed & Moffett lift routes in Salt Lake.

· Providing support for safety, operations, and vehicle maintenance and to our customers

· Route coverage

· Routing and scheduling shipments with our customers

· Assign drivers to shipments to ensure delivery by promised deadlines

· Developing, and maintaining customer relationships

· Collaborating with team members in pursuit of the company’s goals and objectives.

· Perform administrative duties of the job which includes sorting, filing, and distributing transportation documents

· Must possess strong communication skills, and pay close attention to detail

· Additional duties as assigned

Job Skill

• Understanding of transportation operational and safety processes.

· Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills

· Attention to detail, highly motivated, and the ability to multitask

· Customer Service Logistics, and scheduling experience preferred

• Strong computer skills a must.

o Experience with TMW, and People Net a plus

o Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge

· Possess a “do whatever it takes” attitude

Requirements:

· Class A CDL License with 1 year of verifiable Class A experience and flatbed experience.

· Must live in the Salt Lake area.

· Moffett or Piggyback forklift experience preferred
