Job Brief:
We are seeking a positive individual with strong leadership and administrative skills to serve as

Director of Education. The successful candidate would be responsible for managing and

directing the academic department and faculty for the various educational programs offered.

Job Description:
In the absence of a Lead Instructor or Program Chair, perform all duties according to

the appropriate job descriptions.

Overall responsibility of the successful operation of the Education Department

Performance Evaluation of Program Chairs/Lead Instructors/Instructors and

Orientation Coordinator(s)

Classroom Observations

Responsible for retention of students

Monitor the daily activity of Instructors/Lead Instructors/Program Chairs and students

Ensure that students matriculate through their respective programs in an appropriate

manner

Advise Instructors, Lead Instructors, Program Chairs and students as needed

Conduct frequent departmental meetings

Approve field trips

Submit department reports to the Director

Duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must possess minimum of four years of experience in Education. Must have managerial and

supervisory experience. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to

multi-task , and be knowledgeable of computers. A medical background is a plus. Must have a

minimum of a HS Diploma.
