Previous Shipping / UPS Experience Highly Preferred

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Willingness to help customers in retail environment

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality

• Detail-orientation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior customer service and sales experience

• Prior retail experience (6 months+)

• Point of Sales (POS) and computer experience highly desirable

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Software or ability to learn new software highly desirable

RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW

• Greet customers and help them with their shipping needs.

• Be a team player who works well with other retail associates and manager.

• Help with packing, shipping, and generating labels.

• Help operate the cashier.

• Help customers with document printing and operating copy/fax machine.

• Help customers operate computers if needed.

• Receive and process packages for shipping, including lifting and weighing packages.

• Learn all product and service offerings and alternative solutions.

• Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others

• Help with stocking and merchandising.

• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.

• Be willing to help when other needs arise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour
