Work Location: In Office

Job Duties:

• Ensure accuracy in financial results
• Supports period end closing process through analysis and proper journal entry recording.
• Analyze relevant accounts monthly to ensure accuracy and identify risks and opportunities.

• Compile and analyze management financial reportingPrepare monthly financial reports

Analyze performance and identify trends.
Support monthly S&OP Flash forecasting activities.

• Lead margin management process.
• Support initiatives to maximize profit margins
• Partner with Sales, Purchasing and other departments to ensure proper communication and flow of relevant information occurs
• Provide pricing support to Sales & Marketing

• Assist in the development of the Annual Operating PlanCoordinate with all stakeholders to ensure timely compilation of information

Compile all financial information and disseminate information to management to gain approval.
Prepare necessary schedules to support analysis of the annual plan and facilitate the ongoing measurement of performance vs. the plan.

• Provide technical support on transactional and management systems to key stakeholders.
• Address needs and opportunities to improve organizational performance through support of various Ad Hoc projects
• Other duties as assigned

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA / CMA / MBA preferred) with a minimum of 6 years practical finance experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skill set.
• Must have very sound technical accounting background and excellent organizational skills.
• Must prioritize duties successfully to meet needs and deadlines.
• Must have solid interpersonal skills and the ability to interact productively with others.
• Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail are required.
• Experience working in an ERP environment. (Ross ERP experience preferred).

• Position has regular exposure to the Company’s and customer’s confidential financial data including customer profitability. This role requires the highest degree of business acumen and confidentiality.
