UWL is currently hiring a Tradelane Communications Coordinator to join our growing team here in Rocky River, OH!

This resource is also able to work remotely.

The Tradelane Communications Coordinator will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and communicating all Trade lane related updates internally and externally to support Trade lane growth and development, consistent with company brand and communication standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and communicate all Trade lane related updates, including but not limited to sailing schedules, BAF and GRI updates, trade lane performance KPIs, and all related Trade lane service and market updates. This will include service and performance oriented KPIs that promote and reinforce the product.
• Collaborate with corporate Marketing and Communications to insure consistency and adoption of brand and communication standards in all messaging and internal and external communications.
• Weekly coordination with UWL Vietnam stakeholders to collect market intelligence
• Create and disseminate weekly market updates to share with all stakeholders and customers
• Act as the liaison between sales, customers, operations and corporate marketing to collect and promote customer testimonials, experiences, and feedback to help support the product

• Experience managing against strict timelines
• Extremely strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under strict deadlines

• Minimum of 2 years of communications experience
• Some domestic travel required
• Excels at collaborating with various non-departmental teams to achieve success
• Thrives in a multi-cultural environment with international partners, customers and stakeholders

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
