Summary:

In this role, you will support the operational functions of Provista’s Marketing Sales Enablement program. You will assist with implementing the to go to market plans. You will work with internal colleagues to manage the content database and assist with developing marketing collateral.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and upload marketing content into the Seismic.
• Assist with publishing content for program and supplier marketing initiatives.
• Monitor the utilization of content; Generate statistical reports to capture how content is being used.
• Manage marketing collateral ensure material is and update.
• Oversee the sales lead generation distribution.
• Manage the distribution of the internal newsletter
• Assist with internal event planning and execution

Qualifications :

• Relevant degree preferred.
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
• Must be detailed and organized.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to act independently to research and resolve customer issues.
• Ability to manage time and multiple tasks working individually or as a member of a cross-functional team.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail-orientation is necessary.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$43,800.00 – $63,500.00
