As the Administrative Assistant/Concierge for Meals on Wheels, you will be responsible for:

• Cheerfully greeting visitors to our office
• Answering the phone, responding to inquiries and requests, and directing phone calls
• Investigating concerns related to the well-being of program participants and taking appropriate actions
• Gathering and processing new participant intake information
• Using a database to create daily production reports and driver route details
• Delivering meals as needed
• Ordering supplies
• Preparing deposits and processing invoices
• Other administrative duties

Requirements:

• Three years of full-time work experience providing administrative support to executives or managers is required.
• Previous work experience in a non-profit or social services setting or with older or disabled adults is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.
• Proven customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
