Independently contracted stager for our boutique motor lodge & RV park located in
Bandon, as well as vacation rentals in and around Coos County.

Come work for White Spider Rental Concierge and independently contract yourself to stage with us! Our stagers put the shine on every detail for our guests, creating a five star experience while beautifully setting the design at each listing we manage.

Communications with the team via email & our app are an important part of the job. Our stagers are asked to be timely in reports and responses throughout their shift and beyond. They are required to have a vehicle of their own, a smart phone, and a general understanding of apps and website navigation. We also require our stagers to have their own vacuum, mop, broom, cleaning supplies, and to carry and be responsible for a small amount of inventory supplied by the company for stocking inventory to our standards.

Shift availability will vary seasonally and we offer a high degree of flexibility to our stagers. Pay for each shift is a flat rate decided by the size and complexity of the work and generally averages about $25-$35 per hour. The block of time for many of these shifts coincide with check in and check out times which range from 11am- 4pm, but we also have various responsibilities including our RV areas and camp sites that happen at other hours. Our listings are all impeccably designed and generally lightly used. Any deep cleans will have a higher pay and more time allotted for the work as will any excessively used homes (ie: a party). We ask that all of our stagers be willing to work a minimum of 4 days per month and any Sunday or Monday they are able as these days tend to be our busiest. Paid training is $18.00 per hour for at least two days. We will work around your schedule and guest bookings to schedule your two training shifts.

White Spider offers a higher payout than many of its competitors for a few reasons.
Along with having an eye for detail and design we ask that our stagers keep a few tools handy to help fix small maintenance issues, where they are comfortable and capable, if time allows during their shift. Examples of these tasks include rehanging a picture, tightening a toilet seat or chair leg, or fixing door hinge screws where they may have become loose. Nothing major.

2 years of professional cleaning/staging experience required.
