Summary:

The Vice President of Marketing leads all business to business and business to consumer Marketing initiatives for the Company. This encompasses strategy development and deployment, media content development, marketplace messaging tactics, agency management and relationship, brand and new product development, and leadership of the Marketing Team. This individual is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and reports directly to the CEO.

Skills and Experience:

· 3+ years’ experience in a Marketing leadership role.

· Proven experience leading a Marketing department including strategy development and deployment and people management.

· Experience in brand and product management: strong ability to create, develop and follow a concept through its life cycle, preferably in the Beauty or Personal Care industry

· Experience in contract manufacturing within the Beauty or Personal Care industries.

· In-depth knowledge of B2B and B2C digital marketing, social media and influencers, customer Marketing, and online sales funnels.

· Proven data comprehension/analysis and fact-based decision-making skills.

· Agency business and relationship management.

· Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.

Requirements:

· 3+ years in a Marketing leadership role preferably in Beauty or Personal Care.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications – or relevant experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $94,423.00 – $236,172.00 per year
