“A” Player only! Take charge, motivated, Operations/Project Manager. Report directly to the owner of Zenodro Homes. (You are replacing the owner who will be available for a comprehensive training and onboarding program). You will have ample support, coaching and time to understand and master the various deliverables required.

Our focus on delivering a best in class home will require you to be very organized, efficient and structured with a commitment to accuracy, deadlines and performance.

This job entails not only all Home Building Operations and Project Management functions, management reporting/daily dashboards, vendor relationships, but also includes managing teams.

Expectations: (Included but not limited to)

• Represent Zenodro Homes and effectively manage the construction team and all subcontractors.
• Ability to manage the overall day to day operations of a Production Home Builder construction site using Marksystems Software
• Ensure site is compliant with all Federal and State safety and environmental agencies and Zenodro Homes’ Site Policy.
• Ensure all construction meets Zenodro Homes’ budget, quality standard, and schedule.
• Support Land Development functions as needed.

• Insure high satisfaction level in Pre-Closing Customer Service.

• Oversee Warranty Department and insure high satisfaction level in Post Closing Customer Service
• Proactively communicate any construction, customer service or safety issues to the Management with suggestions for resolution.
• Ensure assigned community is in proper order and appealing to the homebuyer.
• Daily Reporting via Company System
• Dashboard Analysis and Management
• Other duties as assigned.

Your duties will include being the primary point of communication contact for the owner in helping him direct and understand the site operations. You will be the primary site liaison (eyes and ears) on site for the owner.
