Job description

We are a seasoned sightseeing tour operator with steady growth since its formation. We have been recognized for the quality of customer service we provide on a daily basis and it forms the backbone of our success. Much of this lies on the shoulders of our valued CSR team. Our goal is to find a candidate that is compatible with our Customer Service philosophy and our team’s commendable work ethic. The ideal candidate will work from home and have a reliable internet connection and computer. A quiet work environment is a MUST to provide the customer service quality that our customers expect.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answer calls in a prompt and courteous manner
• Confirms passengers for their flights in a friendly and confident fashion
• Provides accurate tour information to passengers and third party affiliates
• Coordinates tours to meet operation schedule requirements and limitations
• Transfers call to appropriate personnel
• Administer credit card payments through our online reservation software
• Corresponds with passengers via email to provide service description, answer questions, and confirm tours
• Contacts passengers via phone and email to resolve scheduling conflicts
• Distributes and files appropriate emails as needed
• Enters bookings into schedule per established procedures
• Escalates issues to appropriate management

Requirements:

• Ability to work Weekends and Holidays is a MUST
• Strong email correspondence abilities
• Knowledge of office practices, methods, and computer equipment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel and Google docs, Google drive
• Detail-oriented
• Accountable, accurate, organized, and disciplined
• Able to multi-task and work with frequent interruptions
• Learn, correctly interpret and apply booking/record instructions and procedures
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Establish, maintain, and foster positive and harmonious working relationships with those contacted in course of work
• Fluency in other languages is a big plus but not required
